Printable Owl Craft
Step 1: Gather your materials! Print out your owl craft pieces onto cardstock paper. Have fun filling in your craft pieces with markers, crayons, or watercolors. Use scissors to cut out your colored in pieces. Step 2: Use a glue stick to paste your pieces to a piece of black construction paper. Use a white oil pastel to draw a moon and a brown oil pastel to draw a tree branch. Add any flourishes you like! Step 3: An alternative way to create your owl is to print out your colored template and pieces and simply cut and glue. This is great as an “O is for Owl” craft! He even flies off the page! Be sure to ask your little ones questions while completing the activity. What does an owl feel like? Do owls walk or fly? What does an owl sound like?
