Create Your Own Monster Templates
First, choose between four unique monster templates. Be sure to write the name of your monster at the top of the page and the creator at the bottom. Talk with your little ones during the activity about their monster. Is your monster friendly or spooky? Where does your monster live? What does your monster eat? Use markers and crayons to add flourishes to your monster! Check out Halloween Worksheets for Preschool to continue using your imagination!
Monster Body Parts
Take a look at the monster body parts! There are tons of different monster parts to choose from. Use scissors to cut out the parts you like and use a glue stick to paste them to your monster! If you are working with very little ones, you can have these pieces pre-cut. Simply lay them out, and have your little ones pick out their favorite parts. This is a great time to talk about parts of the face vocabulary. Point to the location of your nose, eyes, mouth, and ears! How many of each do you have? How many of each does your monster have?
Make a Monster!
Take a look at some of our very own monsters! There is no limit to how many you can create! You can use crayons, markers, or watercolors! Give your creature a fantastic name! Hang up all of your monsters in a place that needs some monster cheer!
